What We Collect

When you fill out a quote form, we collect exactly what you type: your name, title/role, company or HOA name, phone number, email, property ZIP code, property type, approximate grass square footage, timeline, and any project details you share. We don't run analytics cookies, we don't track you across the web, and we don't buy data about you.

How We Use It

One purpose: arranging your quote. Your details go to us and to the vetted, licensed commercial turf contractor we match you with — so they can call you, assess your property, and send a bid. That's the service. We don't sell your information to data brokers, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

How the Form Works (FormSubmit)

Our quote forms send submissions through FormSubmit.co, a third-party form service that emails your submission to us. When you submit the form, your information passes through FormSubmit's servers under their privacy policy. If you'd rather not use the form, call or text us instead.

Phone Calls

If you call or text the number on this site, it goes to a Google Voice number we control. Google's own privacy terms apply to their service.

Your Choices

Want your information removed from our records? Email us and ask — we'll delete your quote-request details. You can also opt out of any follow-up contact at any time by telling us, or by asking the contractor who contacts you.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be noted here, not buried.
